Honestly, I’ve always felt the second round (at least at BCG, where I work) is more about fit/airport test. Consider that you have, by now, a stamp of “this guy did a good job in the cases”. Of course it doesn’t allow you to fumble the case with the MDPs, but they’re more interested in meeting you and seeing how you’d fit into the culture/office

I personally didnt think the first and second rounds were that different. Except the interviewers got more senior.
Be yourself, know resume well. Be prepared to discuss with Partners about industry trends, an area that interests you, or go really deep into what you have done in the past (you have to sound like SME in what ever you worked and show your thoughts)
Yep, I was already in consulting and was asked more than once to discuss a recent strategy case I did, what analysis I performed and what I think of the industry of the client in terms of growth. Partners love these high level discussions. That said, all standard behavior questions in round 1 are still fair game.
