Does anyone know if Accenture’s CDO - system integration projects are staff aug? Not really sure if it’s possible for an ERP Implementation project to be staff aug, but just curious.

About 6 months ago I started looking into making a career pivot. I became very interested in project and product manager positions based off the company internal job listings. Since then I’ve been reading resources on LinkedIn to educate and learn more. I can’t help but notice, though, how it seems everyone wants to be a Product Manager. It’s almost like it’s the trending job for 2022. Anyone know why?! What happened that has everyone wanting to be a PM?
Anyone in full-service or media agencies that OWN a marketing automation tool? Any thoughts on whether or not the agency of the client should own that tech?
Already 3 months in PwC AC Bangalore, still not tagged to any project.

I have 7+ years of experience in sales management, operations management and client management.
Hi, I have received offer letter from IBM. Can I switch technology after joining? Or do I have to work in the same technology. The HR was telling that I have been recruited and tagged under one account and they don't have any information on that. The problem is that I don't have that much in hand skill in which tech I am selected and I may be screwed once I am put into live project in the same skill. How to avoid it. Any suggestions please. Can they terminate me?
Thank you guys in advance.
I haven’t been able to land a job. I have been trying to do my own projects. But, companies ask me about “real” experiences. I know I could do a real project by volunteering but it hasn’t been that easy either. It’s 2021 and I don’t know if it’s smart to afford another year on job searching only.
How did you all start your careers when it was hard to find in early years?

I took the GMAT twice ( “first time I got 700 - 88th % for verbal and 55% for quant), and the second time my score dropped to 680. On practice tests I was getting between 720 and 760, but can’t get there on test day. I’m thinking of pivoting to the GRE, but I’m wondering whether I should try again with the GMAT. Any advice from people who’ve thought about or gone through this transition?

I’m currently at a mid tier accounting firm with an opportunity at B4 or FTI consulting. Anyone heard of FTI or have thoughts about them?
I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

I am currently an account coordinator at a midsize agency (100 employees) and was offered a job as an assistant account executive at a larger agency (300 employees). I have 6 months of experience but was hoping to land an AE role. If I move companies I will likely have to wait at least a year for a promotion. Or I could wait until I have a year under my belt at my current company before applying for AE roles. WWYD?
