You should definitely put 10%-15% down on your firms 401K plan. Most match and it will add up quickly

Are you maxing your 401k to start with ?

I would only put as much in your 401k as the firm is willing to match since that's free money.

I’m going back to school full time and I will continue to work full time. I’m going to school for Nursing and I’m in Digital Marketing now. So it’s a huge switch!! Do you think I should keep it to myself or do you think I can tell my employer about my career change without them getting all weird about it? I also don’t want them to be worried that “I’ll be too busy to do my job effectively”. What would you do?

Do you record your unbillable time? I have had conflicting responses. I have been told it's not good for efficiency calculations but others have told me if your still doing work let people know. For example, I get weird international stuff sometimes that not everyone gets (I think maybe? ) and I need to reread the 5471 rules or 8865 rules as I do the returns. I have been told not to bill for this but if I didn't have to spend time to do such things my billable hours would be higher
