Does anybody know what Akerman’s hiring timeline is like after the interview?

Hi there! I completed all the interviews for a position, got great feedback but been told that the role has been deprioritised because of hiring freeze etc. My recruiter from Google said that since I was such a strong candidate she would try to push me for other positions (from September as now everything is on pause). Is this common at Google? Should I trust her and expect to be considered for other roles? Or is it something that recruiters say so you don’t feel bad lol

If you know your Amazon interview debrief was yesterday but you still haven’t heard back- does that mean bad news? I felt like I had a great loop and they all told me they were debriefing the next day, so I expected to hear something but now it’s the day after the debrief and still silence. God I hate the anxiety after interviewing before the results lol.

I started my interview process last October and had my final interview before Christmas. It’s been over 4 weeks now since my last interview and I still have not heard back from the recruiter. I’ve followed up once after the new year, nothing. Should I follow up again or just wait and be patient? I understand it was the holidays but even if they don’t have an update yet can’t they at least let me know? Heard the recruiting/hiring process at google is notoriously slow, but is this common?

Follow up on my case study for M&A

I have an offer from BDO M&A, I interviewed with KPMG with two directors and one partner followed with a case study that I posted about last week.

I haven't heard from KPMG yet, however, I was wondering if I could send them a nudge and perhaps somehow leverage the offer from BDO.

Is 2 and a half months at an agency too soon to move on? I realize there isn't much room for big ideas and concepting (which is the opposite of what I was told in the interview.) I've also got a peek behind the curtain and they don't do the kind of work they claim to do for their clients. They said in the interview they do large 360 campaigns but as far as I've seen, that's maybe 5% of the work. It's mostly small executions. I'm already bored and thinking about bouncing. Is this a bad move?

Hi all, started my IF journey 2 weeks back and looking for some help on IF windows. I am doing 15:9 window successfully and plan to move to 16:8. Most IF posts I read about say that they start at noon and complete their eating window with dinner. My issue issue is that I love eating breakfast and not a big fan of dinner. Is there any reason to not recommend a eating window that includes breakfast? Next question: can I switch up fast breaking time (not IF windows) between weekdays and weekends ?

I am seriously struggling with my fail rates. I’ve never had any problems until this year! Kids simply are NOT doing the work until the week after grades are due!!!! I’m tearing my hair out! I’m moving to an independent school in San Francisco from Illinois. My new school doesn’t require an actual teaching license/ certificate to be a teacher there so I don’t need to get a license to teach in CA right now. What should I do to start preparing to get a license to teach in CA, in case I decide to move to a public school in CA that will require all the credentials?

How would you answer the question "Why do you want to switch to data science?" during an interview?

I am currently working as a system administrator in IBM and my YOE is 2,my current salary is 4.5LPA. I am not really happy with the current role, I have knowledge on python,ML and power BI. Is that possible to switch to the data analytics/data science domain, if so how much salary I can expect as I have no work experience on it?
