Glad to see our nation turning out to vote, when we vote, America is at its best!
“It’s possible 85 million people could vote before Election Day and perhaps 150 million will vote in total. Ten times more mail ballots have been returned than at this point in 2016 and twice as many people have voted in-person.”

Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

I don't lol I think it definitely helped me land more opportunities but as far as educating me on what needs to be done, that was more due to experience.
M Tech, but I'm proud of myself that I didn't give up on it. I think some people won't commit to things, because of that fear of wasting time. I'm glad I stuck it out. It was for sure an accomplishment to myself.
I don't have any big regrets. There are some small ones because of office politics. Did you do M.Tech?
Yeah 😐
But it was 5 years dual degree course along with my B.Tech 😁
I'm okay with it - I don't think it hindered me, but I don't necessarily think it opened the doors I thought it would. I would still rank experience over degree at the end of it tbh
I have done M.Tech (wilp). Though it was for working professionals and would not create much impact in short term but it would definitely help in long run.
