Someone mentioned that July through September is the worse time to go to the hospital because of the new residents starting, but I think we're going to need the fresh eyes on patients.

Starting keto next week. What should I expect in terms of “keto flu” and any other symptoms the first week (or more?)

After taking letrozole and on the third attempt we got pregnant. We had our own struggles during this journey which included having to consult with doctors in India and getting medications shipped, performance anxiety issues for me, etc. My wife's gynecologist has recommended taking the covid vaccine at the earliest. We actually had an appointment at week 7 which we ended up cancelling. Now we are at 10 weeks and have the appointment tomorrow. Has anyone taken it in the first trimester?

I am a 38 yo woman, always been very active (I run 20 miles/week), normal BMI, and eat healthy. I just had a routine blood test and while my HDL is 70 and triglycerides 53 (both good), my LDL is suddenly 132 (normal is up to 130). Any tips on what to do? I don’t have heart disease anywhere in my family. Only think I can think is ever since covid started I eat chocolate every night. Could that alone cause this?? Any help appreciated.

I’ve never been a huge gym-goer and when I have I mostly run, cycle and do some ab exercises on the mat. I haven’t worked out in quite some time and have lost a ton of weight recently due to stress. Is there any other way to “grow my butt” without using a barbell?

How does your office handle late patients when it's weather/road related? We had a patient show up 10 minutes late and threw a hissy fit because he had driven 40 miles on snowy roads to get there. And I felt bad, but we legitimately could not squeeze him in.

Has anyone figured out how to “automate” the switching on/off of heaters in NY apartments?
I am new to US/NY and it’s the first time I see these room heaters (photo). I want my heater to turn on/off at certain times of the day without me having to manually twist the switch. Basically do the work that a thermostat would usually do.

How do you all automate your heating? (Browsed online but can’t find anything…)
