Hi I get paid $40 per hour as an RN. My company does not do any loading as our work is always 7-8am to 4-5pm. I feel like I’m being underpaid as a community nurse. Does anyone has any recommendations on where I could work to get fair pay?

How do I deal with my patriarchal family this Christmas? Got extremely guilted for not buying mom a gift over $200 but just found out my gift is scallion oil in a jar (yes, corn oil and green onion) while she got my brother (who is failing all his classes right now) a $900 Roomba because middle sister moved out so is no longer cleaning the house. Every Christmas and every birthday this happens. I get roasted for not spending enough, then my gift is something that was made for dinner.

Do folks wear cologne to the gym? I wear deodorant (obviously). I often walk past guys who smell very good but it seems too strong to just be deodorant. Are they wearing cologne? Should I? Most of my colognes are pretty strong for the gym. Any brands folks would recommend?
