Thinking of switching over to EY. Anybody know what their culture is like?

Looking for advice! I’ve been in the banking for approximately 10 years in risk/Compliance. I left my role several months ago and I’m having trouble landing a job in the banking sector. Hiring managers say the interviews went great but then crickets. I am feeling that this is no longer for me. Would a career coach help me pivot to another career. I keep falling back to what I know and it’s no longer working. Thanks!

I joined IBM on 30 May 2022 but an still on bench.
I joined as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O functional consultant and it seems like there are no F&O projects.

I got 2 calls for AX 2012(Older version of F&O) projects but having worked only in F&O, I do not want to switch to an older version of the ERP. And I had made this clear during my interview itself.

Is there any chance of getting fired? Its scaring me now to be honest.

I joined a small company last month for learning and enhancing my skills, but now I realize that it was wrong decision bcoz there is no proper management and they have given manager role to same person who is project lead, he doesn't speak well and has no people management skills, he tells me to come to office everyday even though there is hybrid envir, his behavior is also not good with fresher.
