Recently obtained my aPHR and I’m considering next steps in advancing my career. I am eligible to sit for the SHRM-CP presently and will not be able to sit for a PHR until 09/2023. Any pros/cons with either certification? Should I wait to sit for PHR or go for SHRM-CP now?

How do you have your dog get in and out of the car (SUV) if he’s a large breed puppy? I currently have to pick him up to get in, and let him jump out when getting out. I don’t want to damage his growing joint with all the jumping, but don’t want to get a ramp since it takes space in my car.

The training company I’m working with, suggests the usage of an e collar to correct (not hurt or harm) my pup. Anyone use one before? Have heard of dogs being scared of being wrong so they’re little anxious with them

I know this bowl seems to be all photos 😍 but serious question for all you hard-working, king-hours dog owners out there... do you ever feel guilty about how much you're working and leaving your pup at home alone? How do you get over that guilt? Do you use doggie daycare every day or just a few times a week? Do rely on a roommate or SO to help?
