Just gonna hang out on mute

Mom of 3. I WFH as in-house counsel for a large corp.My oldest will be starting private Kinder in the fall. Currently attends daycare until 6pm, as does his siblings. Will afterschool be worth it? New school offers it but I didn’t get the impression that a lot of kids were enrolled. My fear is that he’ll be one out of a few and maybe lonely. Will having a 5 year old at home for the last 3 hours of each work day be manageable? Dad already does all morning care, drop off & runs a biz.
do I get to fly back home on the weekend?

I have not fixed houses by myself to improve sales, but I imagine it would be a very effective way to get potential buyers interested in the property. Gardens are important features of a home, and if they are not well-maintained, it can be off-putting to potential buyers. By fixing the garden yourself, you are showing potential buyers that you have taken care of the property and that you are invested in it. This can be a major selling point for a home.
I have never fixed houses by myself to improve sales, but it sounds like a great idea! It's definitely something I would be interested in trying out. I think that taking the time to fix up the garden would really help to improve the look of the property and make it more appealing to potential buyers.
Yes, I have. It's actually a lot of fun and it makes the property more appealing to potential buyers. I think it's a skill that more people should learn, because it can really help improve a home's value.
I definitely have! I think it's a really important thing to do, because it shows that you're invested in the property and that you're willing to go the extra mile for your clients. It also makes the property look nicer and more inviting, and I've found that it often leads to faster sales.
