How has your salary increased over the years?
I’m looking for benchmarks for People Ops Manager - comp wise :) How does People Ops compare to eg HRBP salary wise?
Ok A silly question! If someone asks you regarding your package, what do you tell? I am not asking about peers but aunties and uncles. Kam bataye to aukat ka sawaal hai jyada bataye to udhari ka sawaal hai. Abhi hum kare to kare kya, bole to bole kya?
Considering moving from Higher Education student recruitment to in-house recruitment specifically in Tech (I believe the skills are transferable) ❓What’s the salary range I should be looking at here? (Based in Ireland) I Have 5 years of experience in running my own student recruitment agency and 6 months of in-house university recruitment. ❓Any advice you can think of?
I'm not saving anything on a 6 figure salary. I'm 26 years old. I don't spend money on electronics, travel, cars, or clothes. I never learned to budget - can you please recommend some self-help guides

Need some advice. Got a verbal offer from MITRE for $162,500 and 10k signing bonus (their retirement matching is insane as well). From my contact who referred me, they said for my experience anywhere from 140-155k would be good (11 YOE and masters degree). Naturally, a $162,500 offer seems great when I originally gave a 150-170k spread of salary expectations. Thoughts? Def don’t want to come across greedy or ungrateful when it sounds like they gave a fair offer.
Thinking about chasing the title jump from ACD to CD, but worried about lowballing the salary ask, and I don’t necessarily trust the validity of Glassdoor. Advice on realistic salary expectations ?
Hi Folks, I've got a job offer from a small IT company. But before releasing the offer letter, they want me to accept a terms and conditions form which has this 10th point as shown in picture. It states failing to join them will result in paying 2 months of salary that's around 130000 rs. Is it for real? If I get a better offer somewhere else ane don't join them, will I really have to pay this to them? Please help friends. What should I do?
Hi Folks, Do you guys know, if Accenture is going to discontinue ATCI skill bonus in near future? TIA

Deloitte PPMDs, I can't figure out why D would not just reduce the number of temporary visa workers under H1B program vs. firing 5% of its workforce that are probably mostly US citizens. As seen here, D got approved for 57,259 temporary visas. Please explain. https://news.bloomberglaw.com/daily-labor-report/deloitte-top-participant-in-h-1b-foreign-worker-program-by-far
How are non-market (comp) Amlaw100-200 firms going to survive the associate salary hikes? I’m at an Amlaw100+ firm and our comp is about 25% under the new market for junior/midlevel and up to 40% under for seniors. We have tons of work and NO associates left to do it. Many (if not most) associates have jumped to market firms and no laterals to replace them. How will this place survive with no foreseeable associates and (allegedly) no plans for raises?
Any tips for not crying at work? I don’t get it, I don’t cry normally. In my personal life I usually skip crying and go into the how can I make this better mode. But at work asking for what I deserve or every single time I have quit a job I end up crying while discussing my reasons to move on. I gave notice and now many people want to discuss if there is anything they would make me stay. I tell them my reasons (promotion, salary) but I cry!
Currently interviewing for Sr. Strategy & Planning Manager at Cisco. With ~8 YOE what sort of compensation can I expect with the role being remote? I live in the South, so I'm assuming the offer would be somewhat based on geography and less $ than in a HCOL city like SF and NY, but would like some insight if anyone can offer it.
What would you choose - a Contract role at $150/hr or Full time role at $160k+bonus&benefits?
How much is your total comp? Let's make sure we get paid fairly! L5 PM at Google. 184K base salary, $436K stock, 15% bonus.

There are three aspects of project satisfaction: 1. The work you do. 2. The people you work with. 3. The location Pick two.
