Is it normal to be asked to sign an NDA when parting ways with a company? I was in a sketchy situation with my previous employer when COVID hit and had to get a lawyer involved, and in hindsight I feel like I can’t be the only one they are silencing. None of it sits well with me even to this day, but it makes me wonder who and what else is being silenced and if the NDA is worth honoring, when I could be warning others not to work there.
