What a cheap suit, shameless scrub
My best suit is $300. The amount some of y'all spend is ridiculous
Why would you work for D and need such an expensive suit? Unless you're a ppd no meeting is really that fancy lol
You might actually make an insignificant amount of money and just paid a lot for a suit. Both can be true.

Bro just buy cheaper suits
My most expensive suit is $400. You own things. Things don't own you. Ps. I am a senior manager
^Sometimes it's one SuitSupply suit.
You're a douche OP.
Troll harder K2.
I know I make decent money. Doesn't stop me from staying humble or wanting more. Just be a good person about it
I feel you. Frames of reference are a bitch. Going to B school surrounded by rich kids will screw it all up :/
1.3K isn't an expensive suit. On the same note, the price of the suit means nothing, the designer and style/fit means everything. Hopefully you actually have a nice suit vs just paying 1.3k because you can.
People that pride themselves in how much they spend on something are douches. Be proud of the quality, the feel, the fit...not the price
How much do your watches costs
OP I'm totally with you. It's like almost more frustrating just being able to get a taste of what it might feel like to be truly wealthy (whether it's buying expensive clothes or expensing nights at the St. Regis), but then sickeningly disappointing when you realize things like vacation homes in the Hampton's and a penthouse in NYC are so far out of reach...and most of your travel perks are just lifestyle inflation compared to what you actually make. I brood on this all the time.
Aim for capital accumulation. CapEx on quality assets with low depreciation, not OpEx. A 1.3k suit makes no sense unless you have serious assets, or worse, serious debt.
Ugh..that's like 2 SuitSupply suits.
