Sometimes I feel like my teams don’t know when to pull in strategy to meetings. There will be days that I’m booked morning to evening and I really didn’t need to be on half the calls, and others where I’m not even invited when, in reality, my attendance should’ve been mandatory. Is anybody else struggling with this? I’ve communicated this to my teams but they don’t seem to understand what I mean.

Yes, I experience this as well. A lot of times it comes down to a team that may be less experienced with certain projects or less confident, so they want to have the “strategy security blanket” at hand. I think the term strategy itself is interpreted and understood in different ways by different people. You may find it helpful to candidly connect with the teammates involving you at the wrong times and give them some key points in the process where you often play a role. Also, ok to decline and say things like: “thanks for the heads up. Please loop me in once we have alignment on x” to wrangle calendar madness.

I’m at a very strategy led agency - I have the first issue where I’m unnecessarily invited to many meetings, but never feel like we’re missing important meetings

I have 3.3 years of experience in automation testing. In my current company work culture is very toxic and I'm looking for new opportunity from last 15 days but I'm not getting any call because of 3 months notice period.

Not necessarily a Trump personality fan but putting America first should be our priority. My Trump votes were votes for conservatives and against the elitist Hillary and vegetable Joe. The left has done nothing but create chaos. Luckily, I work in a conservative area. Most of my colleagues are right leaning.
