For us, we're split into two teams: The first is our "customer engagement" team which focuses on onboarding and retention efforts while the other is what we call "customer experience" so think events, community, and growth efforts.

Ended up going to industry and lasted only six months. it was a bad situation and my boss was totally over their head and taking it out on me. I decided to resign after six months.

Looking for new jobs now should I include this experience on my résumé?
