Is it really that common to be expected to do some work on christmas eve and christmas day? Trying to work through a situation (in my head): last project I was on was working with an extreme micromanager. Wasn’t allowed to have meetings or do anything on my own without “permission”. Now I’m on a project with a very hands off team and I’m struggling to remember what it’s like to drive things again without pushing any buttons. It’s all very confusing 🙁
