Any tips for studying for a SAP certification? Recently wrote SAC and did terrible. But put me in an implementation of it and actually building, I can do it with ease.

When’s the right time to move to industry? Getting recruited for a senior product manager job with an ok pay bump at big pharma. 3YOE currently. Currently working in Big4 FDD, in M&A advisory. Generally how is this experience viewed by IBs, do you know anyone who came from this practice? Would a pivot to a T10 MBA first be the most reliable route?

Seeking advice for moving from industry leadership role (dr of training) into HC consulting. 20+ years in TD (L&D, PC, OCM). Industry roles for last 5 years but spent most of my career in small consulting orgs.
CPTD but no degree (long story, about 15 cr shy). Would you suggest addl cert (CCMP, SHRM-C)? Will the lack of degree a no-go or is there a way in while I finish? A Sr director role is being dangled. Would the title bump help with the transition or do I risk missing a hot market?

An advice on how to approach the application and how to land an interview with an MBB firm? I am at Accenture but want to engage myself in “pure” strategy work.

If all the top consulting firms made anonymous decks or gave anonymous pitches to a client, eg no branding and the client did not know which firm made which deck, do you actually think that the client would prefer MBB?  Is MBB actually coming up with better/more innovative solutions? I feel like I see many repeat or slightly altered solutions on almost all of my cases, are these really things that people at Deloitte/Accenture etc aren’t coming up with?
