There are a few shops specialized in fixing and restoring vintage rolex bracelets.
Check out LAWW and Rolliworks
I would not send the Rolex service center way as they will just replace it for a new bracelet and clasp (and you miss the history and value of the original part)
I had a busted link and got it fixed — all’s good now!
Got it thanks!!!

It’s the middle part, and just a tiny bend. What you’re going for is effectively making that part a bit shorter relative to the other part so the clasp closes more firmly.
I don’t share others’ horror at the idea of tweaking the clasp, it’s a stamped piece of steel, it would be really hard to mess it up. I do however share the opinion that the whole bracelet is quite worn, and it’s worth picking up another bracelet if you plan to keep wearing the watch.
I second this. I make this tweak maybe once a year. A small amount of force. It’s sometimes hard to notice the difference visually.
Don’t mess with it...With how loose the links on the bracelet look I’d advise picking up a nice leather strap and holding onto the current bracelet for sentimental reasons. Way cheaper than a repair bill if it falls off your wrist.

If you watch has lug holes, all you really need is a paper clip — super easy to swap bracelets/straps

I’d avoid any DIY. Agree with D1 above that this bracelet is loose to the point where it might not be safe even after you fix the clasp. For a heirloom piece I’d definitely want to get that looked at in an authorized service center, a replacement strap might do nicely but I feel like the jubilee bracelet is such an important part of this watch, I’d want it restored at some point.
I have a modern submariner that had a pretty weak clasp. I did slightly bend the middle section of the clasp so that it would stick. I’m more concerned about your links staying intact.
