SOS.. been trying to get back into Keto for so long. what do you eat/drink in your initial days?

Just got back in a few days ago. I keep it super easy and tasty, but dirty to make the adjustment easier. Deli meats/cheeses/pickles, big salads with oil & vinegar and some good meat and cheese/protein, cauliflower rice with any meat/chicken/fish, omelets loaded with veggies, avocados, almonds, and for something sweet, Lily’s chocolate or some sugar free jello

Nothing. I usually start with a 48 hour fast and it tends to kick start getting into it.

Lots of water. Maybe adding in some salt and lemon/lime juice. To get in to keto, I eat dirty to get there quickly. Bacon, eggs, burgers, etc. then I clean it up bc my stomach can’t take all of that.

Every finds a “super food” for them. Hard boiled eggs are mine. Jimmy Moore’s “egg diet” is my hack, for full reset. 2-3 at breakfast and lunch and normal LCHF dinner. I have a friend in DOOH, literally eats olives for like 2 days if he is off the wagon.
