Definitely thought this was an 80/20 joke...


Depends on the office location - china offices tend to be majority female - and tenure level. 70/30 is a better overall benchmark for US offices.


Oh I meant here about people posting

Consulting at the analyst level in the U.S. for our firm is 50/50. A friend of mine's SF firm is 40/60 overall.


80/20 at SC/M level I would say. But varies. At Deloitte for example, human capital is predominantly female... Or financial services barely have any female talent
