Obviously it’s an unregulated market where there are billions of dollars up for grabs. If you don’t think heavy hitters are not playing with us all you are insane. Without them, this market would be toast and we wouldn’t be able to make our couple K peanuts. At the end of the day, to survive this without getting burned as a small investor you need to invest in the tech.

Because of brilliant company organization and complete understaffing my boss is someone I work on one of my six projects with. I’ve spent all month putting out fires on the other five projects and now he’s mad a completely trivial internal deadline he arbitrarily set wasn’t met . I’ve tried to explain time and again, that I’m not a crazy, and I’m often chasing higher priority tasks directly related to client relationships but it’s like talking to a brick wall. Advice?

Am I investing too little? 11% 401k, 2% Roth and 2% ESPP. ~50% of my aftertax income is wrapped up in non-negotiable expenses but seeing analysts invest WAY more 401k and up to 15% ESPP
