How do you decide between “these problems are in every school” and “another school would be better” when you’ve really only taught in 2 districts?

I honestly never understood why somebody that wasn’t in the LGBTQ community would specify, and I know people are doing it to show support but if I started working again I don’t think I would want to put that in my signature.
