Here are my thoughts:
Survey sites - you need PATIENCE. At 50p a survey it's going to take a while to get that £50 YouGov cheque. Yes, there are £5 surveys but not many. Is this really worth your time? (I still do this but not seriously).
Mystery shopping - need to be done in set times so not good for lawyers who need to drop everything. Also you don't get £££, just free or discounted unhealthy food. (I gave up on this when qualified, but was good when a student)
Deliveroo - No bones to pick but you need proof of proper insurance. (Info from a friend).
Starting your own blog to earn from affiliate links - Good luck finding time to generate regular content on multiple platforms. And I will find out out if you (imaginary trainee) are blogging during the working day when I asked you to do something for me urgently!!!
