Cost savings target and adoption of new processes rolled out. I like the work, but the title makes me concerned that it will limit exit ops. 🐠 fam, thoughts please?

I feel like your accomplishments should be the deciding factor for your exit ops. Not whatever the title is

I am product designer with a fair amount of experience (6yrs).

Recently was interviewed for a Sr. role in Booking but unfortunately the team finds me better suited as a core individual contributor.

I am also in the advanced stages of some lead designer positions in other companies.

However I am really interested in joining the team at Booking, especially because of the design culture.

What should be my reasons to accept or not accept the offer from booking?

Seeking advice - I didn’t graduate with a finance or accounting degree but have recently landed a junior accounting role (billing management / invoicing) I can see myself growing in this field and have started to learn more about financial/economic terms which interests me. I feel really behind and I’m just not sure what career paths are available or what senior roles I should be striving for given my background. Any thoughts as to how I can best develop from my junior accounting role?

In-house counsel - would you prefer working at a big company specializing in a field of law, eg, privacy, IP, employment, etc, or a small company being a general counsel? Cat Friends, I am so sad. My 7 year old baby was diagnosed with arthritis in both albows today. He suddenly developed a bad limp. Yesterday he seemed to have weakness in his back legs and xray was done.
The radiologist determined that he has arthritis in both of his elbows (which was likely responsible for his initial forelimb lameness this past winter) and “sacralization” of his L7 vertebra (which is something he was born with and means that his L7 is essentially connected to his pelvis.
