I'm 28 and have two good friends that I've known since elementary school (20+ years). That same person casually shared her current comp last week while discussing an upcoming potential offer.

I'm expecting to receive an offer next Monday which I think will be a significant increase, around $180k - $200k up from $135k TC. Is it weird if I didn't want to share it after...

But older one status is like no longer in under consideration.
