I'd try to get a product manager title at a consulting company like Hitatchi or Slalom (Seattle based) where you are. Cracking the PM interview is a classic and there are great courses online to prep for interviews that will give you fundamentals. Product Alliance is my favorite. I'd then square it up with a product owner certification. You have a great foundation and just need to get that first title.
I second Product Alliance. Good stuff.
IIBA can give you some guidance. You can do a cert, but linked in has great courses on premium for cheaper
There is a ton of ways to learn about product management - you’ve already mentioned a few.
The hardest part is to get your first job as a product manager. The reason it is hard is that the overwhelming majority of recruiters look for a previous experience as a product manager and don’t consider your capabilities or how much you’ve learnt by yourself. Sad but true.
Having said that, it is possible! I’ve done it myself. Of course, do learn all you can but also make sure to give examples of the things you’ve done that product managers do. Both in your CV and your interviews. Make them already see you as a product manager.
