SPG Marriott people: are your spg points missing? Also, it says I'm Platinum Primiere Elite with 9 nights for this year but since Jan I've been staying in Westin every other Sun-Thurs though?

I anticipate my company moving to 2 or 3 days/week in the office within 3 months or so. I'd like to continue living outside the city and travel in to stay overnight for those in office days.

Does anyone know of a service or have other recommendations on how to find lodging for those nights? I can only couch surf so much but work wouldn't pay for hotels, and wondering if there's some kind of shared lodging I can look into to avoid dropping a lot on hotels

Hi! I need some help negotiating a raise. I have been working for this company for exactly 3 months now, but I was hired as an AGM. I'm not specific on what my responsibilities are as AGM.

Long story short, within 4 months at the company, I was able to make a career change and step into the position without having the formal education or PM experience, only my 5 year experience in QA. When I started I made $65k and it has jumped up to $78k. I have seen other PMs make way more at other companies $100k +.
