I have a stack of work clothes that I’d like to donate - does anyone have recommendations for an organization that provides women with new or gently worn work clothes? I’m in NY. I know we’re all WFH but eventually we’ll be back in the office!

Are remote internships and jobs in your early career a bad idea? I was talking to my mom about this today and she strongly recommended against taking a remote internship. She says I need the networking opportunities an office provides. But I want a remote internship since I have more location flexibility than a physical job. I’m from NY, attend UCF and really enjoy being in FL. I have no interest in living anywhere besides Orlando or the South/SWFL areas, and I’m very strict about that.

I reconsidered my priorities during the covid crisis, and felt pretty ashamed about how little charity i had done. Long story short, i now work on the fundraising committee of a small multiple sclerosis charity. Our big annual event was forced to go remote and our fundraising took a beating.
