Hi, looking to speaking with an Accenture recruiter regarding a Program/Project Practitioner position I recently applied too. Would love to get an idea of what the role entails and the team it sits on at Accenture.

Canada’s unemployment hits 5% while I’m unemployed with two masters(science and digital health) and five years of clinical experience 😂 try not to fail your licensing exams. I think it’s just not working. Not even picky. Applied things ranging from clinic manager, project assistant, product assistant and other entry mid-entry level roles. After failing the license exam three months ago, I stopped working with my interim license. I can’t seem to get out of my clinical past to move on.

Can I get suggestions for those who have pivoted careers? Thanks!

Hi! I got my sister who is interning at KPMG Dubai (audit) and the only offer is aed 500 monthly stipend. They are expected to be at the client but no expenses are reimbursed by KPMG. It seems quite absurd and unethical that even expenses incurred while travelling to or at the client is not reimbursed! Is this normal in Dubai ? How are interns expected to bear all expenses with a stipend that barely covers food?KPMG

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Is this normal?

Currently in inside sales @ Dell. Don’t mind the work but would prefer a path that is not so customer/outside facing. Have been pondering UX/UI or a more software engineering type path but here’s the thing: is it worth it if I have to go back to school? Are there other ways to learn more software related positions? Open to any and all suggestions RE: path to take, getting into UX/UI, feeling overwhelmed as a new post-grad trying to figure out what’s next 😅

I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 12. My family did not opt to put me on medication. I illegally discovered Adderall in college. Worked incredible. Got diagnosed after college & after having been fired from my first job. Passed the CPA exams on Adderall. Went off of it again. I do everything well at my job except for attention to detail within my excel files & emails. Will taking ADHD medication really fix this?
