Sr Product Analyst exit opportunities? I'm close to promotion to manager at Big 4 in analytics space. Stay until promotion or take Sr Product Analyst position at fintech company. Pay will be roughly the same + RSUs I'm curious about career path/exit ops as product analyst and how much exit ops improve as b4 manager compared to senior consultant. Any insights appreciated!

Currently passed the 4 virtual interviews but stuck in team matching for a PgM role. Anything I can do at this stage to improve my team match chances? Can I identify teams proactively from outside job postings and route to my recruiter? Background: original role was filled prior to me clearing onsite virtual interviews. I have only had one team match interview since then and they chose a different candidate. Would be disappointed to get this far in the process to have it stall out.
