Basically have them in a list of projects by emp right now and want them unique with projects across columns.

I post a sheet to MS teams and manage that sheet with one of my clients. Other users besides myself and the client have to go in and update this sheet with data validation requirements. On occasion the other users will delete the data validation so they can get around the data we need (annoying yes lol). Is there any way to restrict people deleting the data validation but still allow users to enter in information?

It has been 4 weeks now and I haven't had an opportunity to do any substantial work. Even the user stories are written by product owner. The product owner does not assign any work to me directly,inspite of asking repeatedly. What should I do in this scenario?

A client wants me to clean up his real estate holdings by forming separate LLCs for each property (total of 5). For accounting purposes, is it better to form 1 holding company that owns the 5 LLCs, or just skip the holdco step? Any other reasons to do it one way over the others?
