Haha, I actually don’t disagree with any of this other than the goofy name
When I read people on this app grumping about hybrid or staying partly virtual, it feels like another world to me. My team is global so we were already doing most of this, and close to half of us are in this “geriatric millennial” band so we’re good at the interfacing f2f, but also really keen on ways of engaging, coaching, and collaborating virtually
I’ve been able to do so much more mentoring in a structured way this year, and the team is kicking ass
For real. Honestly agencies listing hybrid as a perk rather than operating model will be rightfully branded as ancient.
wtf, i’m 36, not geriatric
That’s different than just generally being called geriatric
Geriatric reporting for duty! Also, WTAF.
Oh Jesus
No. Those bridging the divide are called Gen X. Maybe “infantile Gen X” but definitely Gen X.
Yeah that makes a ton of sense
My back has been hurting more lately
I prefer ‘elderly millennial’. Thanks.
