Folks that file H1B COE with EY recently, how long did it take from submitting to USCIS until the receipt notice got updated to the portal? And how long until you got the online approval notice? I know there have been a few questions like this but trying to see what the process has been like most recently. Thanks EY

AWS manager salary?
How long have you been at your current company? If close to 2 years my recommendation would be look elsewhere. I've never stayed in the same role for more than 2 years
MBA leads to a job change in more then 80% of the cases. It's okay to change your job from time to time. Just be ready to explain what motivated you to do so.
Regardless of your position, I think it’s good practice to keep your resume, LinkedIn, Indeed, and all that fresh. It’s never a bad thing to stay open to opportunity, just to see what’s out there!
I think it’s good to always update it and keep it posted. Just advocate for yourself and your experience. I completely agree!
Support tends to be one of the lower paid jobs at software companies. Unless you move into a different role you likely won't have much opportunity to raise your salary.
You should discuss options with your Manager, perhaps even cultivate relationships with leadership in other divisions of your company that interest you. They should be able to give you some guidance or set some goals to work toward a role with more potential. Some roles you might consider are Business Analyst, Product Management, Project Management, Customer Success, or Services (Consulting).
I am a director of support and prior lengthy history in support management. I can tell you that
you are sorely underpaid in comparison to your education, however, I don’t always look at education and a lot of employers today do not either. Not that it is not important because it is. The role you hold could very well be playing a part in your compensation. Is it possible to seek other roles within the company that better align with your salary expectations?
Personally if I had my MBA I wouldn’t take a role under 100K base unless it was unbelievable experience (startup focused on what matters to me, big upside on total comp, awesome manager/mentor, etc.).
Obviously I don’t know you or your overall situation but sounds like you are capable of much more, and it will be difficult to get a significant comp increase moving to a new internal role. Is there an analytics team there where you could find a mentor and do some extracurricular projects?
Check levels.fyi or Glassdoor for salaries of different positions in your ideal industries, companies and locations.
Stay where you are because of the market , time of year and economy...but search for the $ and it's ok to be transparent about seeking compensation that's equivalent to your skills etc, experience and the value you bring to the table. Period..Being transparent shows you know your value and understand the market. When you under value yourself organizations low key will think you aren't fully knowledgeable and a settler. Challenge the org.
I would counter offer. You could even see what other benefits they'd be willing to do like stock options signing bonuses etc to get you closer to what would make you happy if they won't go all the way to your number. Good luck!
I work at BL too and I had zero experience in app support. I'm making more than you. You're getting shafted mate.
