Start to feel that one will never get rich by working / exchanging time for resources (one can get to upper middle class tho by choose the right career path & work hard). Need to own resources to be rich.

My husband never reads and wants to start reading as a new hobby. What is a good book that you would recommend for a 40 year old man? Not self help books, but maybe something with action. I think he would like the Bourne series, but he saw all the movies so he's not interested, but something similar.

Will not need to live in it and interested in air bnb rentals (possibly after refinancing). Online air bnb calculators suggest 70-80% occupancy rates in the area with avg daily rate > $200. Family is nearby for emergencies. Worried about potential impending housing crash. Thoughts?

Trying to decide if buying a place is a good move right now. Background: have about 6 months left on our lease but found a perfect place that we love. Probably would buy when our lease is up too.
