Start up job offer in hand- what criteria (outside of comp) would you use to decide whether to take it?

Where can I learn about different career tracks or levels for FAANG companies to understand career progression? For example which level is equivalent to analyst or entry plus and what are the salary ranges?

I’m a first year at big law and people tell me how important it is to be friends with fellow first years. The thing is, I’m a huge introvert and tbh I don’t fit in with other first years. I’m the oldest by a lot, the only minority, and one colleague is a sexist (and low key quite racist) white dude so completely blind to what’s happening outside of his privileged world. when I was trying to share how I was feeling about certain situation he switched to talk about how HE felt about all this.
