I am in a confusion,
I work for tcs and for retention, tcs is offering Canada onsite and they need 4 to 5 months to process the visa
I have 2 offers in hand one is CTS (16.3+ 70000) and HCL (19+3)
Hcl is pakka support project (operations) no chance of development. I am having 10 YOE and completely in development.
CTS not sure about project.
Fishes, can you please help me understand which is a better option that I have.
Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

Seems more like symptoms of being overwhelmed and kinda lost not knowing where to start.
Try to find little steps you can take at a time, build up momentum and feel like you’re making progress, then you’d start feeling more engaged and excited with progress that you’re making.
Hopefully that’s the case and this helps.
Meet with less senior folks that could take you through a day in their shoes and understand how work similar was done
Sounds like it could be one of two things:
1) the project work is simply uninteresting to you and the project itself is a poor alignment with your interests/ skillets
2) the project aligns well with what your learning objectives are, but the project needs are perhaps a little out of reach from where you currently are
For 1) I recommend reaching out to your Career counselor, making sure they know of the poor alignment and see if maybe you can be taken off the project or have your scope realigned.
For 2) I recommend you use all the lifelines of support you can find, speak with your manager, make sure that they know you're still in a learning phase
