Started a new role thats 80% project management. My past roles were more implementation than management so now I'm struggling. I want to do well in this role and hone PM skills. Any tips or quality resource suggestions?

Thank you!! I signed up!

Coursera/Google PM certificate is great for foundational practices and has great forms to start. Also, if the company has PM software, check with experts or resources around that product. Wrike by example, but there are quite a few.

Thank you!! I actually already signed up for it so glad to hear it's recommended!

Now I’m just like what’s the point. Then someone posts about thier new role, and it’s not like I’m jealous. I just feel so exhausted, and I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong. Please help in clarifying this, if anybody has any idea.

We had an important project stakeholders meeting for which I prepared a presentation, delivered the presentation and answered some difficult questions in the Q&A. I ensured a few of the stakeholders that I'd follow up with some interesting links.
I prepared an email to follow up which was a collation of links, white papers in attachment etc which took the morning to put together. My colleague, who is a male who had initially set up the meeting and chaired it was to send the minutes after. (1)

Hello all. I just got an offer to be a project coordinator with a non-profit hospital. With a starting offer of 65k. They disclosed in the screening that their min was 58k and mid was 70.5k.
