How does @Dentsu India interview process works? I had a total of 5 rounds After first 2 they said they are ok with me but they think I am more suitable for 2 other roles,if I want any of them they will redirect. Then I chose the second JD, i had 2 more rounds of interviews and they said they are happy with me and let the HR do their formalities. But after 3 days when I called HR, i was told they are having few more interviews with other candidates and will confirm me! Dentsu Creative
Marsh & McLennan I am moving 2 hours from my office. My manager says i have to come 2 days to office. When i come to the office its only me and couple of other people. No one seems to care about coming to office. When i asked manager if i can work remote i was told that its for my career development. Can you guys tell in Canada which companies are offering remote opportunities?

What are they gonna do, fire you?
In all seriousness it’s ok only be available during a few blocks for interviews.
Low key would happily be fired from here😂
Try scheduling them before & after work (ie. if you are CST, do 8am EST or 4pm PST)! Also, if you’re flexible around lunch, that’s the best time to schedule them. In my case, I tended to give 11:30-2pm as my open window & would take ‘lunch’ during those conversations.
Do your best to pace yourself - it’s easy to get burnt out not taking any breaks during the day and always being ‘on’!
Totally in the same boat right now. I’ve been at my company for 8 months and realized I need to get out. Kinda went overboard with talking to hiring managers, recruiters and referrers, and now my days are filled with at least 2 different interviews everyday
