I joined EY recently as senior manager, I am thinking to switch in probation period due to following reasons:
1. HR offered me lower than market standard citing my previous ctc.
2. Not eligible for current cycle appraisal or bonus
3. Unrealistic expectations of knowing internal tools and processes without any onboarding trainings..
4. 80-85% non technical responsibilities
Anyone in my shoes faced similar issues and does it change over time?

Do you have an Apple Watch? I thought I felt something off too but my heart rate was basically the same before I started medication and now that I’m on it. I also measure my BP regularly (maybe once a week) and it hasn’t changed. This was all recommended to me by my psychiatrist though, so I think this must be a side effect she wanted me to monitor just in case.
Your dosage is too high; I experienced palpitations after taking ADHD stimulants (adderall, Vyvanse). After reducing the dosage, I don’t feel them anymore.
After reducing the dose, were meds still effective?
So I noticed that if I don’t take the meds I don’t feel the palpitations. I am now sacred of taking them 😟
I think it’s suspect that your doc didn’t associate the meds with heart palpitations. It’s a known and serious side effect that comes with too high a dose.
