Started as a baby legal assistant about ten years ago at a transactional firm - now the majority (seven years) of my experience is in litigation. I am wanting to move more toward transactional or in-house now. Am I basically starting completely over? I am well respected and sought-out in litigation, but I'm unsure of how to market myself in the direction I want to go with as much confidence. Has anyone successfully made this move?
