Do you have any contacts in your local paralegal association? There might be someone there who could help you with the particulars of making that transition. It sounds like you could springboard into a transactional position based on your experience from when you were starting out and your history of success in litigation. I wish I had better advice. Good luck!

Perhaps you could find an in-house role first that requires you to do a mix of litigation and transaction support then you can move to transactions in law firms if you still want.
