YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

Our firm consistently states that it has some of the best partner comp in the industry, can someone please tell me what the average partner salary at firms like BCG, Bain, and McKinsey, is the average higher of lower for the healthcare sector partners (again on average)?

Partners would you agree with the following statement? If not what do you disagree with and what value do you believe audit brings to advisory/consulting services? If you agree why haven't we seen movement in this direction over the past 5 years?

Audit represents a shrinking proportion of revenue within the Big 4, creates limited synergies, carries significant risks and increased regulatory burdens while limiting the Big 4s ability to compete for work. Therefore audit should be spun off into its own business.
