Finally got selected in epam anywhere.. They offered me A3 level with the compensation of 22lpa. But I am feeling that it's bit less for the level. I'm very bad at negotiations. Can anyone guide me how to negotiate with them? Whether this is the market standard salary for experience of 6 years? Or else can I ask for stocks?

Looking for a remote/hybrid/onsite (Calgary,Alberta) job for my boyfriend who got almost 5 years of experience in proposal writing, RFP, RFI and bid management for a civil engineering firm. He also got an MBA, non drinker, non smoker, clean driving abstract and very polite. I just started my third trimester and recently fractured one of my molars while eating soft fries (not sure how), but I had a root canal done on that tooth years ago so the tooth is actually a crown. I went to a dentist for consult and the dentist informed me that I will need a new crown since I lost a big chunk of the old one. Hi everyone. I’m 44f, just completed my first IVF egg retrieval. 3 eggs, only 1 matured. On day 5, I was informed they embryo has only progressed to day 3. I consider myself lucky because work benefits covered most of this. I’m contemplating should I bother trying again or just come to terms that this might not happen for me? The thing is that work has been leaving me with no energy and I only have time to do the bare minimum for my bootcamp, I am thinking of quitting my FT job to focus on school and go the extra mile to learn and network more, if I go this route, I can finish my bootcamp within 3 months and focus on finding a job, need some solid advices here.
