If you’re interviewing for a role with the title of “Business Analyst”, but you have an MBA from a top school, do you get the salary/title of an associate once you’re hired?
Is MBB worth it? I’ve never been in mbb or big 4. Just smaller consulting firms. Have a competing offer between FAANG and MBB. I’m in tech and FAANG is more interesting for my career as well as preferred work culture. However, I’ve seen a lot about MBB here and kind of want to join just so I can say I was in MBB. Is it gonna be killer hours? Promotion politics? Biases on my lack of education? hoping to hear what others have to say

Where is the best place for me? I assume DC boutique or national Big 4 would make sense. What about sophisticated T&E, in-house, other ideas, etc.?

Received an offer from a company in a different vertical to work on tech / IT strategy. Would you take this offer? Info below. YOE: 3 Current Comp: 105k in tech strategy (including annual RSUs) with 10% bonus Offer: 145k (Base) with up to a 14% bonus I'm conflicted by the offer because it does not include any equity unlike my current employer. I also believe that the future is incredibly bright with my current company. I would really only jump for the $$. Am I making a mistake by staying?

Many of my my friends have trust funds, zero debt, parents pay their rent, even 6-figure settlements from their childhood. I don’t know how I am ever supposed to catch up to them financially; it feels like I am destined to always be 10 steps behind
I just had an interview and really hope I get the position. But even if I do, I think they are gonna offer me 75K and I have 3 busy seasons under my belt. I feel like that is too low for me to leave..
I know Deloitte will sometimes incentivize mba interns to sign their offers by paying for the candidates second year of b-school. Is this in addition to the signing bonus or in lieu of? Thanks!

Joined an industry job not long ago at Director level and I don’t have much to do. I did a couple short projects and probably am around 50% utilized on average. (I always made it clear when I had capacity so it’s not like I’m “hiding”) I spent the down time doing my own L&D. Is there anything I should be doing to get more work or is this normal?? I’m fine occupying myself, just worried about being deemed extraneous after I was hired

Dumb question: is it appropriate to say the name of a client in an interview? If for example, I am asked a behavioral question I’d love to say the names of some of the clients I’ve worked with. But don’t want to come off as a breach of trust or anything.
