Hi Applied to PwC Strategy& for a consultant role and havent heard back from a recuiter however, I received an email for a survey asking what am I looking for in the company in terms of their culture, values etc and what other companies I have applied to. Is this a typical process? Not sure if thats the step 1 in the process or I have been rejected. Any feed back is appreciated. I am graduating from Ohio State with an MBA and have 8 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance.

You should definitely let the manager know and see if there's anything they want you doing. But if not, what I did when I was new and had spare time was reach out to other people in the agency. I asked for like 15 minute intro calls, tried to establish a rapport, asked them which ACDs or CDs are approachable and spoke to them too. They can give you some good tips too, tell you more about the brands, etc. Its productive and fun!
You need to let your manager know that you’ve finished looking over everything & ask if they need anything else to be done because you have some downtime.
Read the trades in your downtime! And also make sure you’re volunteering to help at every opportunity
This happened to me last week. It will pick up.
I agree with the rest of the comments. Let your manager know you’ve finished and have down time. Also offer to help out as much as possible !!
