Until yesterday, I was on an employer-sponsored visa, which made switching employers difficult. Plus, the team I work with is nice, including my boss. Now I am a legal permanent resident & can switch employers easily.

I make 150K, but can make 170-180 eslewhere. Wife is pregnant, not working. I can get 4 months paid paternity leave if I stay.

Should I
A. ask for a raise + risk equity with 4m off/else get 2 weeks
B. Keep the status quo & enjoy 4 months off?
C. Change jobs for a higher pay?

What is the process to do internal PwC transfer, I have a team in China and I preferably want to move there since they provide good salary and I lifestyle in Shanghai, China is not that bad either. Also it’s closer to india.
