Started working for a new employer 4 months ago. It’s a busy Start-Up and I like the work that I’m doing. I find that the work is challenging and I’m working on different projects every week. It’s helped me to identify where I’d like to head next with my career chapter. Anyone out there currently working in Change Management with advice for a millennial looking to break into the field?

I've applied and networked for my dream job and didn't get an interview this time. Also dissatisfied with compensation and some of the responsibilities at my current job but have a lot of opportunity to learn. Company (nonprofit) I am interviewing with is hosting an Open House event this weekend. I completed the interview process and was told I would hear back “in a couple weeks - after open enrollment”. Would it be a good idea to attend the Open House?

Thoughts on connecting with the hiring manager on LinkedIn before the initial screening?

What's a really good "difficult" question that you as a candidate can ask the (big law) interviewer?

Context: I had callbacks at a big law firm while i was in law school and after one partner finished her questions and I finished asking my questions, she told me to ask her a really tough question, something to really stump her. l fumbled and am pretty sure that majorly factored into the rejection.

What would you ask?
