Thoughts on giving yourself a promotion to a CD when you start freelancing if you where long due for a promotion anyway?
Is "senior associate" a real promotion or just a hold over to get you to stay longer? Do you get a pay raise with it?
How have you retained the will to keep going on your current trajectory? I’m currently on track for promotion and doing well, but I’m struggling to muster the energy needed to keep it up. Just bored
I believe I killed it this year and should get a raise (negotiated low base for a 2nd yr) - it this something I ask for, or should I let it come up?
Is career development for account people WAY more structured and prioritized than it is for creatives everywhere or just at my agency? Been here 2 years and I’ve not seen a single creative promotion.
Im currently at 70K and due for promotion. Is 95K too much to expect when being promoted to Account Supervisor internally? (FYI it’s Pharma)
A year into a promotion without a raise to match. I've tried everything short of going full-Karen on HR. Other than the principle of the matter, I don't want to leave. Has anyone else has success navigating this BS? Is anyone else still hearing Covid as an excuse to raise freezes?
Does having a “veteran” designator play any part in the promotion advancement or internal growth? Haven’t seen a lot of ex-military in the firms.

How to deal with jealousy over friends and peers getting amazing job offers amidst my struggle to find a new role? It keeps happening and today my friend informed me he’s leaving for a 35% pay raise. I’m making 50K less than him now and feel criminally underpaid by my lackluster company.
I went to my boss at work and said, "I need a raise. Three other companies are after me." He said, "Really? Which other companies are after you?" I said, "The electric, water and gas companies"
Moms, I am 14 weeks pregnant. At KPMG, the new year starts in October and basically by spring of the following year, so April 2021, is when they put people up for promotion for the following year. My goal is to make it on that promo list in April 2021 - But thats when I am due. When should I inform my team that I am pregnant and how do I let them know that I am still willing to work hard for this promo despite my pregnancy? Thank you!
Do I take this offer for 100% raise? Knowing I may slip in to depression. I’m the happiest I’ve been in the last 2-4 years. My only complaint is my current role is boring but (cont)...

Is vaccine discrimination lurking at Kearney MEA? The company said that it won't be mandating vaccines. But a recent email from HR asked for every employee's vaccination status. Should unvaccinated consultants fear discrimination (can't travel, won't be staffed, will have low utilization, will be at risk)? Honest question for an open debate
