Can anyone recommend any firms in London who are hiring grads currently? I had signed up (contract n everything) with Accenture but was recently told that “we are completely full for 2022 and 2023” and I am happy to move somewhere else completely, instead of waiting 1.5+ years. My bio: Robotics engineer (BS) with a business Masters, and also a self-taught Data Analyst. Please help!

KPMG I’m confused on your referral process. Had a friend refer me before I made an account, made an account, applied to two jobs and got rejected (that’s fine). But if I want to apply to a third job, will it still be under her referral or do I need a new referral? (She said she can’t refer me again for 12 months) I’m not even sure if I applied correctly under her referral. The first two jobs I applied for were through talent community as I normally would without a referral. Help, I’m so lost :(

I would say take the interview - it’s your career and you need to take a long-term view of the situation
How would that work hypothetically? Let’s say you start work on day 1, a week later you get the offer. Do you disclose to the company you are interviewing with? Do you accept the offer and leave after a month?
For comparison: firm is akin to McKinsey and the new job is at a boutique where there is a personal relationship with the exec team
Maybe try to delay your start date while you do the final interview ?
This is definitely the right move
