building models and consulting the
client. How will my role change
overtime? What should I do to better
prepare myself for the future? Should I
consider doing an MBA?

McKinsey 100k housing allowance details. I got a offer from McKinsey and the recruiter said there is a policy for a 100k loan for home loan downpayment, she did not provide much details and said I can look up the policy on joining. I have to make a decision to sell/rent my existing house. Can anyone give more details of this policy. Is it give by the company or is it a personal loan by a bank/credit union guaranteed by McKinsey, is there a credit check, whats the interest rate. 🙏
