Post-MBA at 7 YOE. But why? You would likely take a pay cut and also you will have no direct reports. These are very different type of jobs to be honest. If you’re good at GMing that may not translate to MBB where you will have no decision making rights and be influencing through slide deck.

Recruiter Ghosting? My husband is job searching and was emailed by the recruiter saying the HM reviewed his resume and asked if he would relo for the role.
